Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you have drive up units?

    All of our units are drive up.

  2. What units have 24 hours access?

    Only the commercial units offer 24 hour access. These units are in a separate gated area.

  3. Can I work inside my unit?

    Commercial units range in size from 250 sqft – 500 sqft. They are not for garage / workshop use.

  4. Do the units have power available?

    Electricity is not available in our units.

  5. Can I live or stay overnight in my unit?

    No, commercial units and standard units are for storage (Drop off/pick up).

  6. Can my friends or family access my unit for me?

    Yes, but only if they have the gate code, unit number, and key to the unit. For security reasons, all tenant information is kept confidential and not given out to anyone.

  7. Do I have to sign a lease for a certain length of time?

    Our minimum rental period is for 1 month. After that, it is a month to month rental agreement.

  8. Do you have an on site manager?

    Yes, our manager is available to assist you Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm and 10am – 4pm on Sundays.

  9. What about facility security?

    We have full time, on site security staff / video cameras.

  10. I’m not sure what size unit I need, can you help me figure it out?

    Yes, just give us a call and we’ll help you.

  11. Can you set me up for auto pay?

    Of course. We can set you during move in, or anytime thereafter.

  12. What if I forget my gate code?

    During office hours, with proper verification, we can tell you what your code is, only to tenant who signed lease.

  13. Is insurance required on my storage unit?

    No. However, we recommend that you purchase self storage insurance or inquire whether your renters or homeowners insurance will cover your stored items. We do NOT insure what any of our tenants store.
